You can book anytime before the pick-up time. However, it is recommended to schedule your booking at least 2 days in advance, as transportation is often fully booked within 3 days.
We will send you a WhatsApp confirmation, which will include your driver’s contact information 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Payment mode is pay half by every single trip. You can pay in cash to the driver in Ringgit Malaysia (no credit card is accepted).
At the moment, we only accept Ringgit Malaysia for payment.
All of our private car services are priced per vehicle, not per person.
Yes, our vehicles are registered under the company and all passengers are covered under vehicle insurance for your safety.
All of our vehicles are well-maintained and kept clean for your comfort and safety.
Our transportation fleet includes Toyota Innova (6-seater), Toyota Alphard Vellfire (7-seater), Hyundai Starex MPV (10-seater), VVIP Executive Van (12-seater) and Placer X (14-seater). Each transport model has different rates, kindly refer to our website price list table or contact us for more details.
All of our vehicles are 2018 models or newer.
Yes, our drivers are friendly and experienced. We have local Chinese experienced drivers who are well-trained to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the journey.
No, we do not allow food and smoking in our vehicles for the comfort and safety of all passengers.
All charges are tabulated, and no other extra charges apply except for the toll fees (per trip) and peak season. Peak season surcharges will be informed via WhatsApp during the inquiry or after you submit the online booking form.
Customers may cancel their reservations without incurring additional fees up to 3 days in advance. However, there will be a cancellation charge for cancellations made after that time. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will charge you at least 1-way price.
Yes, you can make changes to your pick-up or drop-off location, the amount of luggage, and the number of passengers up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure. However, additional passengers or luggage are subject to space availability. If available, there may be an additional service charge.
Yes, we do charge a peak season surcharge during long weekends and holidays as it is harder to secure vehicles during these periods. This surcharge will be informed via WhatsApp during inquiry or after you submit the online booking form.
Yes, we do charge for waiting time, but you should send us your flight number so that the driver can track your arrival time. Waiting charges can be negotiated after the driver arrives and starts waiting.
Tipping is optional and depends on whether you liked our driver service. As a reference, our popular drivers do get around RM50-RM150 as a tip from customers.
Our price includes toll fee, custom fee, petrol, and driver accommodation. There are no hidden fees.
